School House is not renowned for its athletics at the moment, since we seem to have more than our fair share of cricketers, but that did not prevent our lads from dominating the 'blue riband' sprint events at the recent school athletics sports. Pride of place goes to jet-heeled Andrew Freedlander who enjoyed comfortable victories in both the 100m and 200m finals, but there was also a superb team effort from the senior boys to carry home the 4 x 100 relay title, too. With Sam Graham and Will Byas recording a one-two in the 800m final it was a day of some success for the boys in black and white.
